Devon Feta Fusion Olives
Our newest flavour to our olive range brings creamy stuffed feta olives, local goats feta style cheese and loads of oregano. The taste of summer right there! We are always looking at new flavours to add to our range but as a small family run business with another company to run there isn’t that much spare time.
We actually got asked by one of our Orchardlea trade customers about feta stuffed olives and so we started looking into this flavour and how we could add a local twist to this olive flavour. This is where Stone Tree Dairy came in!
We approached the lovely owners at Stone Tree Dairy, we then collected some of their ‘salty’ – Devon feta made with goats’ milk from their farm near Dartmouth.
We produced a trial batch which our staff sampled, and we sent some to some of our current wholesale customers and the feedback was amazing.
These delicious olives are currently only available in 1kg catering bags to our trade customers (Please enquire if you are interested)
We have also had these available as a show special in ‘grab n go’ pots at food events we have attended this year, they have been a huge success.
