This vegan pesto pasta is all about honest flavours and minimal fuss.

Ingredients
1 x Pack South Devon Basil Pesto Olives
Spaghetti (Or you could use tagliatelle or pasta)
Handful of Fresh Spinach
Vegan Cheese
Method
- In a small blender add half a pack of basil pesto olives with a glug of oil, we used Bell and Loxton Basil rapeseed oil.
- Cook the spaghetti as directed on the pack.
- Once cook drain almost all the water.
- Add olive mix, stir, add a good handful of fresh spinach
- Pop on a lid and steam for approximately a minute
- Mix, serve and add chopped olives, finally grate over Parmesan or vegan cheese
