We source the finest olives from the sun-soaked groves of Stergioudis Olives in Halkidiki, Greece, a family-run farm owned by brothers Ioannis and Dimitris. Their commitment to traditional farming and sustainable harvesting ensures we receive the highest-quality olives, full of rich, natural flavour.
Back home in Devon, we infuse these exceptional olives in-house with locally sourced ingredients that capture the spirit of the West Country. We’re proud to partner with Bell & Loxton, who grow and press the rapeseed oil used in many of our marinades right here in South Devon. The result? Olives with beautifully balanced flavours and a freshness that’s second to none.
