Flipping Easy Savoury Pancake Recipe

Love pancakes but prefer a savoury filling? This easy savoury pancake recipe is super quick and easy and is absolutely delicious! If you aren't a fan of Goats Cheese, swap in for another cheese - easy!

Ingredients

• 2 Large Eggs
• 100g Plain Flour - (Normal or Gluten Free)
• 300ml Milk
• A small nob of butter for frying
• Ticklemore Goats Cheese (Or any goats cheese or cheese)
• Sharpham Red onion, Rosemary & Thyme Marmalade
• West Country Olives - Classic Blend

Method

1. Mix together the eggs, plain flour and milk in a large bowl.
2. Add a small amount of butter to a frying pan, once pan is hot add pancake mixture.
3. Once cooked through, add the ticklemore goats cheese onto the pancake letting it melt slightly.
4. Add a couple of teaspoons of the Sharpham Red onion marmalade.
5. Chop the Olives into quarters, I used a mix of both the green and black olives.
6. And Enjoy your flipping easy and delicious savoury pancake!!
