Frequently asked questions
What makes your olives West Country?
Our Olives are hand blended in Exeter, Devon with local ingredients such as Bell and Loxton rapeseed oil and South Devon Chilli Flakes.
Are your olives grown in the West Country?
No, unfortunately not (maybe one day though!) we work directly with a family in Ormylia, Halkidiki who we source directly from. We have been and met the family, seen the harvest and the quality and care taken with their produce.
Do I need to keep the olives refrigerated?
They are an ambient product as they are vacuumed of oxygen and then gas flushed, giving the olives a longer shelf life. However, we do recommend in the warmer weather and to keep them fresher to store in the fridge.
Once opened the packs reseal and can be kept in the fridge for a further 7-14 days.
Are the olives pitted?
Most of the olives are pitted, apart from the Kalamata flavour and nocellara del belice which both have stones in.
What are the most popular flavours
