We have been reflecting on the awards we won last year, as well as Taste of the West awards, we entered the Food Drink Devon awards.
It was the first year of entering into both of these prestigious local food awards and we were thrilled to come away with 6 awards in total.
We attended the Food Drink Devon Awards evening in October which took place at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Plymouth, and we came away with a Gold award for Hand Stuffed Garlic and Silver for Lemon and Tarragon!
There were hundreds of fellow local producers, chefs and café and restaurant owners who attended.
The menu for the evening prepared by incredible chefs with an array of local products many of the local food and drink entered into the awards. A real evening of celebrating Devon and we felt extremely proud to be apart of the evening and to come away with 2 awards ourselves.
Hand Stuffed Garlic being our most decorated flavour now having won 3 awards in total Guild of Fine Food, Taste of the West and Food Drink Devon.
This year we have entered Garlic and Chilli into the Taste of the West awards and The Farm Shop and Deli awards as well as Lemon and Tarragon.
The Farm Shop and Deli Show takes place in April between Monday 24th – Wednesday 26th April at the NEC Birmingham, we are really looking forward to attending and hopefully there will be lots of new prospects and new customers to come from it.
