Pork (82%), Draycott Blue cheese (Milk) (6.6%), Red wine (4.6%), Skimmed Milk Powder, Sea Salt, Dextrose, Water, Black pepper, Garlic, Preservatives: Sodium Nitrite, Sodium Nitrate. Made with 188g pork per 100g of chorizo.
